Hi, My name is Gio! Great to meet you. Synchronicity is something that I didnt even know existed at one point in my life. I was on a path to what I thought was what would make me happy. A path to success, what my parents wanted, what I thought I was supposed to do but I realized I had no idea what made me happy. At a young age I realized that I was an entrepreneur. I had all kinds of businesses ranging from food, to construction to even opening a tattoo shop at one point. I learned a lot, through all these ups and downs and am so grateful for how it lead me to where I am today. Through all of these endeavours I became a great salesperson and founded Canaf Foods International inc in 2007 as a consulting and sales firm in the food and beverage industry. My brother now runs this company and we continue to grow year over year. We help companies create strategies for growth domestically as well as international export markets. We provide consulting on branding, product development, logistics and sales growth in both perishable foods and health food products. Personally, over the last few years I have launched a Wellness Center, created a breathwork program called Elemental Rhythm as well as Co-Founded The Personal Development School and engage in High Performance coaching. Yes a huge shift from my old life, and took a total new direction in life. So what happened? I had a realization that although I was having success in the food industry and created an amazing company and loved travelling I wasn't fully aligned. In 2013 as I was exploring who I was I went on a trip to Brazil and experienced plant medicine for the first time and everything changed. Its a long story, you can check out my personal website for more about my story, but in short I found my passion. It was helping people become the best version of themselves. Things unfolded from there which led me to found multiple companies in the health and wellness space, make a documentary, open a wellness studio and even move to Costa Rica!
