I am a project manager with over twenty years of diverse experience, ranging from the cultural sector to IT, consistently maintaining a strong interest in technology. Currently, I manage small, medium, and large-scale projects related to hardware and software upgrades in the retail and logistics sectors, primarily for the UK market, as part of the Zebra Professional Services Team for the EMEA region. I am responsible for every phase of project execution, from planning to financial resource management, and maintaining relationships with clients and suppliers. My objective is to ensure project success by delivering on time, within budget, and satisfying the client while adhering to corporate quality standards. My practical experience is supported by continuous training, which has allowed me to stay up to date with the latest project management methodologies and tools. During my previous tenure at the National Museum of Science and Technology, where I initiated and developed much of my career, holding various roles from public guide to project management for collections, I honed my ability to interact with diverse stakeholders, ranging from general visitors to institutions, sponsors, and stakeholders. Additionally, managing public projects funded by regional, national, and European funds has enabled me to develop strong tracking, documentation, and reporting skills, which are essential during audits and for providing information to both internal and external stakeholders.
