As a Clinical Director at Amindfulchange.com, I lead a team of mental health professionals who provide online and in-person therapy and coaching services to individuals and organizations. I am a registered psychologist in Ontario with over 10 years of experience in clinical psychology, specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and motivational interviewing. My mission is to help people overcome their mental health challenges and achieve their personal and professional goals. I have extensive experience in conducting psychological assessments, providing individual and family therapy, and managing forensic mental health and youth justice programs. I also have a strong background in research, policy development, and program evaluation.
