I am a global CEO & Board and senior leadership Executive Search consultant and Advisor in the Consumer & Retail market. As an Executive Search consultant, I have led practices and conducted leadership searches in the US and worldwide having had a positive impact across clients in their pursuit for growth and with leaders that aspire to progress their careers and contribute to their company’s performance. My track-record as a consultant and advisor is complemented by my extensive global corporate career trajectory. I have led businesses, was a Board member, President of business associations and guest lecturer for well-respected universities. I had roles in Marketing, Innovation and as CEO, working in 10 markets across LATAM, Europe and North America for leading Consumer Products and Consumer Health organizations such as Johnson & Johnson, The Coca-Cola Company and Japan Tobacco International. I have experienced first-hand the challenges and opportunities of building brands, driving sales, leading factories, building DE & I organizations, fostering a winning company culture, developing an innovation pipeline to accelerate top and bottom-line results and increase shareholder value. I have an BBA from Brazil, an MBA earned in the US, and a General Manager degree from Switzerland. I have 4 citizenships and am fluent in 6 languages
