At San Diego Unified School District, we focus on enhancing student learning, where I support and facilitate the educational independence of young learners on the autism spectrum. My role as a Para Educator integrates my academic foundation in psychology with practical experience in behavioral intervention and teaching, leveraging my competencies in team leadership and Microsoft Excel. Concurrently, as a Research Assistant at the Early Learning and Cognition Lab, I immerse myself in data encoding, participant recruitment, and study conduction. We strive to ensure data quality and contribute to meaningful research findings, embodying my commitment to academic excellence and collaborative growth.
