My diverse experience across Business Analysis, Transformation Programs, Business Process Automation, Application Development, has enabled me take up several roles within SLK, from being a Developer, Project Lead, Lead Business Analyst, Project Manager, Program management, Delivery leadership, Solutions Management, Presales and Partner Channel Management. My association with the team at SLK, the various teams at our clients and partners in Banking Financial Services, Insurance and Manufacturing in the US, UK and Europe have contributed to my development. I believe in delivering as a team, aligning all involved to the common goal and driving through a structure. If a structure does not exist, I would invariably get to charting one, weeding out the obstacles that might be there, and recalibrate as we learn more.
