As the Head of UC/AV Engineering at CBA-India, I manage a team of highly skilled engineers and vendors in delivering complex unified communication, AV and media solutions. With over 14 years of experience in the field, I have a sound knowledge of multi-vendor solutions in Unified communication, networking and Cloud( AWS/Azure) space. I collaborate with cross-functional teams(Network, Business Procurement, Finance, Risk and security) to ensure seamless integration, migration(on premises to cloud) of communication solutions across the organization, leveraging my expertise in SIP, Cloud computing(AWS/Azure), Networking and workspace engineering. I also stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies and ensure the best practices and standards are followed. My goal is to enable effective and efficient communication and collaboration among the bank's employees and partners, and to deliver high-quality, cost effective and innovative Collaboration tools that meet the business needs and objectives.
