Previously worked on Real World Evidence (RWE)/Observational study project management for global oncology program, which involves end to project management including protocol design/development, CRF build, study operational management, co-ordinate statistical analysis plan development and final clinical study report deliverable. Provide oversight (project director) for team of project manager across a program for a large pharmaceutical company. Good experience in people management, leading team of project management analyst in India, this includes hiring, onboarding, training, mentoring, oversight and career progression planning. Extensive experience clinical operations of global Phase and IV, clinical trials involving as per ICH-GCP guidelines in the field of cardiology, oncology, pediatric endocrinology psychiatry and venous thromboembolism, across large geography including USA, LATAM, EU, Asia Pacific and Japan. As part of the global delivery network set up in IQVIA India, have lead team in task centralization under hub-spoke model. This involved identifying, develop processes within project management that enhance productivity and drive efficiencies. Validate processes that translate into cost savings and contribute to standardizing of deliverable. Also lead the records management centralization, which involved in pilot-transfer and establish conversion of paper TMF to eTMF process successfully.
