About Girish. Narayan

Strategic Product Manager & IT Business Analyst with 15+ years of experience delivering enterprise solutions across software, services, and Supply Chain Management (SCM). I've spent the last 15 years at the intersection of business strategy and technology helping global enterprises untangle complex supply chain challenges and turn them into seamless, scalable solutions. My journey started on the ground floor, implementing WMS systems in warehouses across the UAE, and grew into leading full product life cycles for some of the world's most recognized brands. What I genuinely love about my work is the problem solving part sitting with a business owner who has a pain point, digging into the real root cause, and then working with an engineering team to build something that actually fixes it. I've been that bridge between business and IT throughout my entire career, and it's where I do my best work.Today, as a Product Manager at GSPANN Technologies, I own product roadmaps, define strategy, prioritize backlogs, and drive cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact warehouse and supply chain solutions on time and at scale. What I bring to the table: 15 years of SCM & Logistics domain expertise across 3PL, WMS, TMS, and OTM. Handson experience with Manhattan Active WM, Manhattan Scale, Oracle WMS, Oracle OTM, and MuleSoft. A track record of multi geography rollouts across EMEA, APLA, Middle East & Africa. Strong Agile/Scrum leadership with CSPO certification. The ability to communicate clearly whether I'm in a boardroom or a warehouse floor.
