About Gitanas Kancerevycius

Being in business for almost three decades, I’ve operated from every seat at the table—deploying capital, pitching for it, steering operations and advising from the boardroom. My differentiator is systems thinking: I excel in developing strategy, aligning people and designing processes into a vision, then orchestrate disciplined execution that compounds long-term value.Arranging things to happen with breadth of domains and depth of expertise is my strength which works best in high complexity situations involving many factors. I see the patterns in complexity, connect cross-domain insights and find the ways to proceed, simplify and run better.I am driven by new ideas and innovations and have an eye on how the dots of reality can be reconnected in different ways. As a proof of that I have ideated and co-authored two granted deep-tech patents - because I can lift ideas outside my domain and make them real.In the business my philosophy is to empower talents of different personalities and draw the best out of each so they work in an efficient, orchestrated manner towards set goals.CliftonStrengths: Arranger | Ideation | Strategic | Achiever | Individualization
