As an Associate Professor at Chitkara School of Mass Communication, I am dedicated to fostering a dynamic learning environment for my students while actively contributing to the academic community through my role as DFS Coordinator and NSS School Officer. My passion for communication extends beyond the classroom; I am also a blogger and freelance book reviewer, where I explore diverse narratives and share insights on literature. With over a decade of experience in client relations and advertising, I have honed my skills in managing client expectations and delivering exceptional service. My previous roles at Oceanic Consultants and Crosby Advertising allowed me to work with notable brands such as TVS and Pepsi, where I developed a keen understanding of market strategies and client servicing. My creative acumen has led me to experimenting with new ideas for conducting events for students engagements and learning. I have also authored, edited and contributed features and articles to various magazines and online portals, including The Higher Education Digest and Contemporary Vibes, showcasing my commitment to sharing knowledge and insights within the industry.
