About Gitanjali Mehta

Prof.(Dr.) Gitanjali Mehta is working as Professor in the Department of Electrical, Electronics and Communication Engineering, Galgotias University, Greater Noida. She received B. Tech degree from IET, Bareilly in 2003, M. Tech degree in Power Electronics and ASIC Design from MNNIT Allahabad in 2005 and Ph.D. degree from Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee in 2015. She has more than 15 years of teaching and research experience in different organisations. She has more than 50 SCI, Scopus and Peer-reviewed publications to her credit. She has been guiding a number of M. Tech students and research scholars for their Ph. D degree. She has presented several research papers, served as session chair, given expert lectures and affiliated as member of program committee for many international conferences in India and abroad. She has served as invited reviewer for several international journals and conferences. She is the recipient of Best Paper Award, International Conference on Computing, Power and Communication Technologies, 2018. Her research interests include Power Electronics, Renewable Energy Technologies, Grid-integration of Distributed Energy Resources, Active Power Filters, Application of IoT in Energy etc.
