A work experience unfolding across distinct business environments in Indian, American, and British companies, contributed to a wealth of learnings & knowledge. A notable characteristic of my professional persona, that was seeded at the Oberoi group and got me recognition throughout is the application of cognitive empathy in my interactions with both external and internal stakeholders. My proficiency and abilities have been honed through successive assignments in the luxury service sector, and most recently a global knowledge platform for multigenerational family-business and family-office owners; all pertaining to serve critical aspects for High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth Individuals. Progressing through various organizational hierarchies, I have assumed pivotal responsibilities in business planning and strategy, sales and business development, relationship management, concept to process planning, revenue management, technology planning, integrated operations management, content curation, research & analytics. Describing myself as a passionate, dedicated, integrous, and diligent professional, I derive satisfaction from overcoming challenging business circumstances and thrive in high performing environments.
