As a Senior Finance Officer at Dangote Cement Cameroon, I have about a decade of experience in accounting and finance roles across the non-profit and manufacturing sectors. I have an MBA in Finance from Rome Business School and multiple certifications in business communication, financial analysis, and presenting to senior executives. My core competencies include setting short-term strategies for cost reduction, evaluating operations performance and cost implications, implementing internal control towards management of resources, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders in compliance with IFRS and OHADA accounting standards. I am passionate about motivating a team towards attaining monthly and annual accounting/finance targets and driving process improvement and change management initiatives. My mission is to leverage my skills and expertise to contribute to the financial performance and strategy of businesses/Dangote Cement, the leading cement producers in Africa. I am also committed to offering my free time to help small businesses and non-governmental organizations keep proper accounting records and set up financial systems. I believe in using my knowledge and experience to make a positive impact on society and the environment.
