With over 13+ years of experience working in the areas of HR Project Management, Generalist and Recruitment. I have Worked on multiple functions of HR Roles: Outplacement, competency framework for the organization, Talent vitality index, Internal audit for the TA team, and framing policies & processes for HR. Led the vendor consolidation, File management & transition hiring. Also, having Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, Workday, Taleo, Kenexa, Zoho, and MS Visio. Currently working with mindZcloud Technologies as the HR director, where we believe that culture is paramount in the workplace. We believe that empowering employees and coworkers leads to increased productivity and instills a sense of pride and I, as an employee, will always bring a positive attitude and a desire to learn to my organization.
