Experienced Financial Controller with history from international business companies and fast-paced work environments. I have worked as a Financial Controller for many years, and have gained a broad, deep, and cross functional understanding of the reporting and planning requirements as well as an understanding of the quality and accuracy requirements. For the past year I have worked as Project Controller, which has given me insight into other aspects of and tools for business controlling, such as process insight and optimization of data and resources. I have previously been part of transforming, developing, and implementing new processes in finance in large and smaller scale for internal optimization where I contributed both my technical competencies and my experience as an end user. I am motivated by being able to contribute and support the company's financial reporting. I strive to ensure that the right information is available to the right people at the right time so that the basis for making the best possible decisions is available, all in close collaboration with my colleagues. I enjoy being part of a team of dedicated and talented people, working in companies with colleagues from different backgrounds, and working in a positive and inspiring work environment. I also like to work alone if the tasks or circumstances require it. I consider myself to be pragmatic and flexible and with a structured and result oriented approach to my job.
