I am Giulia Ave Bono, a motivated and curious student, about to obtain my Molecular Biotechnology and Bioinformatics Master’s Degree. I am completing my master thesis in the Rice genetics and Development laboratory in the Bioscience department of the Università degli Studi di Milano, where I have also done my bachelor thesis project. I am increasing my competences in the molecular biology field, with a special attention and interest for the application of modern molecular biology techniques for the creation of GM plants. During my studies, I have also acquired a broad knowledge in the field of microbiology, industrial biotechnology, protein engineering and bioinformatics. I never get tired of learning new skills and techniques, in order to be always up to date and to satisfy my eagerness to learn, too.
