About Giulia Botta
I've recently obtained my Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology at the University of Milan. During my final academic year, I joined the Innovative Approaches in Medicinal Chemistry group, led by Prof. De Amici, where I focused on the synthesis of hybrid ligands for the muscarinic receptor M1. After obtaining my qualification for the profession of Pharmacist, I started an Internship in the research group led by Prof. Nazaré at the Leibniz Research Institute for Molecular Pharmacology in Berlin. On September 9th, I joined the R&D Graduate Programme at AstraZeneca and I'm currently a member of the Oligo Chemistry Team. In addition to my passion for science, I enjoy skiing, hiking, swimming, traveling, exploring diverse cultures and traditions around the world.
