About Giulia Bruni

I am a driven, independent, adaptable individual who is looking for the next opportunity to advance in my career. My international background has nurtured me an understanding in other cultures and different perspectives. What I can offer is excellent people skills, which required in any personal and professional environment. These skills include the ability to listen, to communicate and relate to others with empathy, problem-solving abilities and a willingness to work together towards the common good. In the last 3 years I worked for a marketing company where I have been coaching businesses, carrying out solution-focused session and maintained a high standard customer service establishing trust and bond with clients. I have learnt some key transferable skills which I can apply to any other businesses and organisations. In Sep 2018, I proudly attained Australian Citizenship after 8 year’s persistence ever since I landed in a foreign country all by myself. I have been always interested in learning and growth, and after completing a Diploma of Counselling in 2020 with AIPC I started a Master of Counselling with QUT. I have completed my placement in a Family and Relationship Clinic and I am about to graduate from this course in December 2022. I am now getting ready to gain some work experience in this field. Both courses have taught me some crucial skills such as active listening, questioning, reflecting and paraphrasing that I was able to apply in my various volunteer jobs. I am now capable of practicing from a solution focused and narrative framework and I am passionate about working with families and youth.
