About Giulia Caimi

I studied English, German and French at the High School. I graduated in Law at the end of 2014. I started my career in 2015, as a trainee in Deutsche Bank S.p.A. in Milan. I was part of the Credit Risk Management team, in the Work Out & Collection division, whose main duty is legal collection of NPL corporate clients. My main tasks were: cooperation with external credit recovery companies, help the accounting office in the management of collections from the non perfoming clients, preparation - in cooperation with external Lawyers - of insinuation claims in insolvency proceedings and of cease and desist orders. My approach to work has been positive: in the five months trainee I've learned a lot and I've improved my skills and my knowlwdges. In october 2015 I've been hired in Alba Leasing S.p.A, one of the Italian biggest leasing companies, in the Litigation Office. At first I was assigned to minor positions ("Small Ticket", with risk up to € shared with Banco BPM); then I have been given more and more responsibilities. My portfolio now has no limit of value (in particular the so called "Big Ticket"), I manage the "passive causes" of the whole NPL division and I am part of many collateral projects (for example the development of the management system). I was member of the team that made the Legal due diligence of an NPL unsecured portfolio (cd. “Cessione Titan”). My main objectives are the achivement of new skills and the professional and economic growth, in a role with more responsability and recognition.#NPL #creditcollection #collection
