About Giulia Comparini

I'm a lawyer practicing mainly in the area of commercial real estate law. I assist Italian and foreign clients in real estate development transactions in Italy with a particular focus on the retail sector. In addition, I deal with real estate acquisitions. On the corporate side, I deal with corporate activities and corporate law matters, including M&A transactions. On the commercial law side, I assist Italian clients in joint venture transactions with foreign companies for foreign projects. Over the years, I have acquired significant experience in managing agency, distribution and franchising contracts at national and international level. I have been involved in sustainability for some time, offering support to companies in drafting and managing contracts and providing dedicated training courses. I recently graduated from the Master in Sustainability Management at Il Sole 24 Ore Formazione. I actively participate in the Working Group on Innovation & Sustainability of AREL - Association of Real Estate Ladies. My clients belong to various sectors including real estate, commercial and industrial with a focus on the medical and technology sectors I have been a partner since I acted as managing partner for two separate mandates: alone from 2009 to 2011 and, subsequently, together with Alessandro Barzaghi from 2014 to 2017. I am frequently invited as a speaker at conferences on real estate and commercial law issues. In addition, I regularly contribute to publications in the trade sectors.
