About Giulia Incipini

Project and Program engineer at Patheon S.p.A. as part of Thermo Fisher Scientific. I am part of the European engineering team that follows all the projects in the Patheon Europa network. I deal with process equipment and project management of several different projects. Currently I work as a Project Manager for two different projects. In addition, I follow desing and installaltion of GMP fluids and bulk manufacturing processes. Now I am currently following design and construction of a new sterile department at the Swindon plant (UK site) with a liquid line and a new powder production department. The main project in which I'm the PM is a new sterile suite with PFS and Lyophilized vials filling line for the Monza site. In particular I take care of the manufacturing and compounding of the product. Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering for Sustainable Development at the Campus Biomedico University of Rome with honors. During my thesis I had the opportunity to collaborate with KT-Kinetics Technology S.p.a, which allowed me to deepen the technical and economic issues of my sector. I consider myself very analytical, reflective and rational, tending to the organization and planning of my commitments; nevertheless, I always put a certain amount of flexibility in the field because I learned over time how decisive it is in my problem solving skills. I really like teamwork, I firmly believe in sharing, in collaboration and in the indispensable exchange of ideas and thoughts with others. I am following different courses and seminars all around Europe, regarding new equipment pharma and update of rules and development in the new pharma world.
