About Giulia Iuticone

As a Senior consultant in the Heidrick & Struggles’ Milan office, I work on Financial Officers’ placements across sectors, but with a stronger focus on Consumer Goods and Private Equity. With several years of experience in large industrial corporations I had the opportunity to build strong relationships with incredibly talented people and to develop a genuine interest in the leadership advisory and culture shaping.I strongly believe that selecting the right leaders make a difference in organisations. Those leaders are the ones who recognize the importance of having a growth mindset, who foster human capital and who share the same values with their teams. This is why I finally decided to join the Executive Search sector: to place strong and inspiring talent in the right leadership roles.
