About Giulia Kipp

My special passion is to make brands known, working out USPs, improve their image and give them a personality. I am personally driven by projects with purpose, which I implement successfully with great commitment, out-of-the-box ideas and setting new standards in communication. Hands-on mentality, my passion for responsibility and my organisational talent are important pillars of my being. In my current role as Director of Growth & Collaboration, I take care of innovation topics, exciting future service fields and look after our new and existing customers. I am also responsible for establishing new processes and cross-agency workflows. I have supported and advised the following (global) companies, realized numerous lifestyle campaigns, events, trade fairs and accompanied German brand launches for following brands: Various high street fashion brands, Bulgari, Hourglass Cosmetic, COTY Beauty, Origify by Bosch, Quickcap by Orthomol, Kantar, Ancient & Brave, Leerdammer, Swarovski. In my private life I love traveling, new cultures, art, interior & design, learning new things and especially restaurants and food/cooking.
