About Giulia Lissoni
Hi, I'm Giulia Lissoni, mathematician. My studies started in Milan, and they brought me first to Verona, then to Nice. After my Master, I pursued my interest for research, by obtaining my PhD. I then followed this path; after a post-doc position in Nantes, and a post-doc in CEMEF (Sophia Antipolis), I started working as a developpement engineer at SCC (Sciences Computers Consultants). My interest focuses on equations arising in fluid mechanics (such as Stokes and Navier-Stokes systems), on models for semiconductor devices, mesh adaptation algorithms, but I am also willing to address new problems related to my fields of interest in order to improve my skills on this research area.
