Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Sciences - NFQ 8 Bilingual (Advanced English/Native Portuguese) E-mail: giuliaoliveiratl@gmail.com In 2021, I embraced the chance of working in a multi-task laboratory where I had the opportunity to develop the skills that I have been learning in the past 4 years. From analyzing blood samples to identify cell abnormalities, to perform bacteria growth promotion, to use gram stain technique, to identify microorganisms in biofluids. During my experience I developed a research about women's health education and I had the opportunity to learn about cytology and work with cervical cancer screening. In 2022, I realocated to Ireland in order to build an international career and improve my English skills. I am a problem-solving, timely person, with good leadership and communication skills, able to meet deadlines, and I work very well on my own or as part of a team. In 2023, I was given the opportunity to work in a Microbiological Laboratory located in Dublin, working under all the requirements of ISO17025, there I have been improving my greatest passion: Microbiology.
