Hi and welcome to my LinkedIn page. I am Giulia, attorney with both in-house and outside legal experience in different legal areas as automotive, buildings and energy. I take care and manage legal aspects related and preliminary to business activities, providing legal support for the interests of the Company I work for, through professional know-how, problem solving skills and strong organizational capabilities. Main skills in corporate and civil law, contracting drafting (national and international) and company secretariat. My background in law and later in corporate law gave me the opportunity to find my own direction. Let me tell you about my educational experience. After graduating with a Master’s degree in Law, I started to train as attorney in a law firm based in Rome, and - at the same time - I began a II level Master in Business Law at LUISS School of Law, University of Rome. I am innovative, positive and proactive with high standard of professional ethics and integrity. Hobbies🧮 Books are one of my passions.
