About Giulia Roverselli

With a Bachelor's degree in International Management and a Master’s in International Human Resources Management from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, my academic and professional journey has allowed me to deepen my expertise across various HR domains. During my time at Studio Confalonieri, I developed a solid foundation in payroll processing using JOB SQL software and gained exposure to anti-money laundering package management in accordance with Italian legislative requirements. Currently, I am part of the Talent & Development team at AstraZeneca, where I support the Head of Talent & Development in the design and coordination of training programs, educational opportunities, and mentoring initiatives, while also managing relationships with both internal stakeholders and external providers. I take pride in making complex processes more accessible, working alongside managers to identify and develop internal talent. My key competencies include stakeholder management, learning program planning, and strategic support within the Talent & Development function. Through my experiences, I have learned the importance of building meaningful connections and contributing to professional environments where people are empowered to learn and grow.
