About Giulia Santamaria

Communications manager for the MEDICA Group, a multinational company that develops and produces cutting-edge blood and water purification technologies. I am in charge of organizing the company's presence during exhibitions and events, managing the Group's corporate social and websites, and internal communication among the Group's international companies and within the parent company. In addition, I organize the dissemination activities required by the co-funded scientific research projects in which the parent company participates. I managed the external and internal communication activities of MISTER Smart Innovation, taking care of the corporate image, dissemination of industrial research projects, and the organization of events and animation of the Tecnopolo Bologna CNR, in collaboration with the Emilia-Romagna regional innovation ecosystem. Following my passion for digital tools and thanks to my previous experience in Hera Group, I led the process of digitization of business processes and internal communication. 🤖 During my experience at Hera Group in the context of the Digital Transformation Change Management, the main objective was to stimulate the adoption of M365 applications through different communication and training actions, with a focus on the digitization of business processes. Thanks to community management activities, Yammer's adoption achieved and exceeded in the first 4 months the BSC goals.
