I believe that people are on organisation's greatest asset and to give team members a voice and create an environment of trust, blameless and an environment where each team member feel free to ask help and say that something has not been understood is at the top of my priorities. Native Italian speaker, fluent in Spanish and in English. Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and general computing skills.
