E-learning Director with broad experience in the creation and organization of e-learning contents. Over 10 years of experience developing and implementing courses in Moodle and managing multidisciplinary teams, locally and remotely. I am a creative thinker who enjoys looking for technological solutions to facilitate work and communications, both internally and between departments. I am currently responsible for the selection process and the training of language teachers, web designers/ programmers and administrative staff (in 4 countries) to manage a video conferencing department as well as create and maintain web pages and online shops. My knowledge of communication, market research, audio and video creation, editing and subtitling also helps me manage the teams efficiently and create a pleasant, trusting work environment where people are invited to exchange ideas, contribute and aim for the best solutions.
