I have begun my career as a Technical Sales Engineer, later evolving into a hybrid role that combined technical expertise with commercial responsibilities as a branch technician for the Southern Italy region. These formative experiences allowed me to build a strong foundation in customer engagement and market dynamics. I was then appointed Sales Area Manager for the Central and Southern Italy branch, where I led a diverse team of technical sales engineers, agents, and branch technicians. In this role, I focused on fostering collaboration, driving performance, and aligning operations with strategic goals. In August 2023, I relocated with my family to Northern Italy to take on the role of Distribution Manager South Europe, overseeing operations across Italy, Spain, and Portugal, leading all Sales Channels divisions, applying a structured and performance-driven approach. By challenging established practices and navigating cultural complexities, I strive to elevate operational excellence and drive sustainable growth across the region. Since September 2025, I have started a new role as a Strategic Account Manager Europe in the Business Development Department.
