I'm a data-driven and insightful HR professional that is passionate about growing strong teams. My idea of full-cycle recruiting doesn't stop when a candidate is hired. I found my passion in recruiting because I take pride in helping folks get employed. I love making connections with people, because that hire could be a life-changing moment for them. That is ultimately what drives me. Although I trust in being data-driven and I enjoy the challenge of high volume recruiting, I firmly believe in quality over quantity and that's what separates me from others in my field. I believe in promoting an inclusive and positive culture at the workplace. When I'm not working, my wife and I are frequent visitor to Disneyland. Our two boys are the center of our world! I am also passionate about trying new foods, traveling, watching good movies and playing music (guitar).
