About Giuseppina Cappella

I have a degree in Biological Science, with a thesis in Immunology. I’ve been working in the pharmaceutical field for twenty-one years. That experience carried me to acquire a solid background in information and trade of vaccines for infants, adults and travelers and a deep knowledge in Regional and National Public Health Policy. During my professional career, I have acquired different skills through scientific and business updates, cross-functional team working and communication techniques training. Mainly, my expertise is developed in sales management, knowing and supporting all Public health, Regional and local, and Private contacts involved in the decision and implementation of vaccination programs, optimizing vaccine coverage. I have acquired knowledge about Regional tenders rules, preparing the pre-phase, participating at the tender and developing the post-phase. I also took part in a Brand Team, learning and sharing marketing and business processes. I attended, as staff, many international conferences, testing my skills with Opinion Leaders from around the world and colleagues from other affiliates. Regularly, I plan my work by collecting, organizing and analyzing business Intelligence information and implementing strategic action plans. I'm focused toward customer-centricity and highly goal oriented. I'm positive and creative, with problem-solving and team working attitude and excellent communication skills. I'm resilient and I feel excited and motivated towards change.
