As an Automotive Account Executive at Copart UK Limited, I support our clients and ensure their needs and requirements are fully met. I work closely with the National Account Manager and Corporate Account Manager in the management of the portfolio of existing accounts and provide information needed to ensure vehicles are managed effectively through the remarketing process. I have strong skills in team building, problem solving, and relationship building, which help me to collaborate with other areas of the Copart business such as Marketing, Operations and Vehicle Remarketing. Before joining Copart UK, I worked as a Deputy Manager at BrightHouse for over six years, where I was responsible for daily motivation, scheduling, and leading of a team of five colleagues in the sales team. I won the colleague of the year award in 2015 for exceeding sales and compliance KPIs and contributed to the store's nomination as the top store in Q3 2019 for overall percentage to target. I also handled the full back of house management, including stock, cash, and compliance administration, and effectively managed customer complaints and issues. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service and exceeding expectations, and I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the Copart UK team.
