Hi, My name is Givenia Larose I attend Borough of Manhattan Community College and a Year Up New York/ New Jersey Participate. I am skilled at Communication and being able to come out of my comfort zone and work on new things and very determined to finish work on time. I am currently in my first year of college at Borough Of Manhattan Community College and a Year Up New York/ New Jersey Participant, This program is all about learning hard and soft skills needed to work in the workforce to young adults. They also show how to dress in the professional world things you can and can't wear. I am inserted in any events or programs that help young adults achieve their dream jobs and hopefully working with the company and bring my ideas to the table and hardworking skills have well and the corporate world. On a personal note, I enjoy staying at home and hanging out with family and being alone at times and having a goal for the day. I also attend church actives and church on Sundays I am in my church choir as well. I also volunteer on third Sundays at a nursing home and sing to them and teach them about the gospel. I am currently working as an intern at BNY Mellon working in the H.R recruiting, working with different software, such has jabber, excel, word, outlook. Most of the task that I am assigned to do is technology and analysts programs and working with candidates and communicating with others to get the job done. I also bring other assets to the company with different ideas and projects and creative thinking as well.
