Working for Latin America Order to Cash, I have guided the team to achieve Customer Service excellence, delivering good service on time and Accounts Receivable related activities: optimal credit decisions, reduced level of past due accounts through an efficient collection and accurate payments application. Continuously working on the team performance improvement, new strategies to optimize contributions to the organization and stabilization plans. Leaded the successful OTC transition from Chile organization to SLP Shared Service Center. Implemented KPI´s and worked in the transition of Mexico market and services to the North America jurisdiction, changing policies and adapting different working cultures. Managed the standardization and documentation of all related processes and systems and always looking fo best practices. Working as the latin team for our Global Business Center in Manila, Phillipines.
