I am currently the Insurance Engagement Manager at Lucid Motors Europe, where I am focused on developing sophisticated insurance programs that align with Lucid’s position as a technological leader in the electric vehicle industry. My role involves crafting innovative insurance solutions that enhance the overall customer experience and support Lucid’s mission of advancing sustainable mobility. Previously, I was a Senior Product Manager at Tesla, where I led the insurance program across the EMEA region. During my time at Tesla, I successfully launched the InsureMyTesla program in nine countries, collaborating with multiple partners to increase customer satisfaction and retention. I also managed the Extended Warranty program, overseeing its end-to-end execution and coordinating with third-party insurance partners. With a Bachelor of Economics and Business Administration from the University of Amsterdam, I have a solid foundation in finance, econometrics, and accounting. My passion for innovation and sustainability drives me to leverage my technical skills in data analysis and process automation to deliver data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
