About Glebs Kiselovs

I am building the largest automation service provider in Europe, with an aim to achieve this goal by 2030. I started back in 2016 with a team of 1, by 2021 we were already 30 people, covering various areas of automation systems, including design, installation, programming and maintenance. In 2022 we acquired another company - SIA BISS - market leader in parking and access automation solutions. Now we are a team of 55 and growing - developing new systems, structuring internal processes more efficiently, building a worldwide brand and ensuring that our clients get a top level product and service. Therefore, in all my actions I try bringing these two elements to achieve the end-goal. I am building my knowledge and career around five dimensions- Internet of Things/Automation - Marketing - Corporate management - Public speaking - Innovation / startups My background and approach is based on diversity. I have had a fast-moving career in the UK in the largest investment bank in the world - JPMorgan Chase, but one day I decided to move back to Latvia to bring the my knowledge and experience to my home country and do everything to help my country grow. Since then I have been building businesses and bringing global corporations to Latvia. I believe that our country has perfect geographical and geopolitical conditions, allowing us to become a platform for launching and growing global businesses.
