With over 8 years of experience in the Business Jet MRO industry, I am a seasoned Maintenance Manager who leads and supervises teams of technicians and mechanics to deliver high-quality aircraft maintenance and repair services. I am currently working at Jet Flight Service, a leading provider of MRO solutions for business aviation in Europe and Middle East. As a Maintenance Manager, I am responsible for quotation preparation, scheduling, budget planning and control, maintenance progress control, staff management, EASA Part-145 implementation, and customer relationship establishment. I have also obtained a B1.1/C License issued by CAA of Latvia, and I have extensive knowledge and skills in working with Embraer and Gulfstream aircraft types. I am passionate about business aviation and I am always looking for opportunities to learn new technologies, improve processes, and enhance customer satisfaction. My ultimate goal is to become a COO of a MRO company and leverage my expertise and leadership to drive growth and innovation in the industry.
