I’m an operations professional with a background in business and computing, currently working as an Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. My experience spans team leadership, performance management, and process optimisation in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. What I enjoy most is solving problems, improving workflows, and leading people to deliver measurable results. I’ve developed strong skills in: • Team and stakeholder management • Process improvement and KPI delivery • Operational project coordination (campaigns, fleet allocation, customer service initiatives) • Driving both customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes To build on this, I’m currently developing my expertise with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and PRINCE2 certifications. My long-term goal is to combine my leadership and operational background with formal project management methodologies to deliver impactful business projects.
