About Glen Gnadinger

I have always been enamored with the sheer complexity and performance of the automobile. There is nothing more mechanically expressive than the culmination of form and function within what we drive (or aspire to drive) everyday. During college, I knew the automobile industry was my home. I spent three co-op terms at Toyota learning the Toyota Production System, Toyota Business Practice, Lean Manufacturing, and the art of kaizen (or continuous improvement). I fell in love with the development side of this world as I got the honor of helping develop a new model for the factory in Georgetown, Kentucky. After graduating, I moved to Columbus, Ohio to a new role within Honda Design and Manufacturing. There I was challenged and grew more than I thought possible. I was given exceptional responsibilities as the lead complex engineer for door enclosures within my plant, a NVH engineer, and a new passion as a lead fixture engineer. Additionally, I got to fulfill my dream of being on a race team by being a crew member of HART. Now, I am once again following my passions. I am currently residing in Bologna, Italy within the heart of Motor Valley. I decided to go back to school and obtain my MBA through Bologna Business School. This is a Global MBA with a specialization in Supercars, Superbikes, and Motorsport. With my strong technical background and experience as a mechanical engineer, I hope to take my newly acquired MBA skills back into the automotive industry. Currently searching for a position to enhance all the skills learned from my MBA. By developing my mix of technical and business skills, I am advancing myself everyday to achieve my dream of becoming a chief engineer.
