As an award winning member of Coldwell Banker Vanguard’s top producing office, Glen Hamilton is surrounded by a team that makes him better through example, collaboration, mentorship and friendly competition. Glen has lived in Northeast Florida for the last 18 years and is well versed in all that the area has to offer. He attended the United States Naval Academy and earned his MBA from California State University. Glen gained his real-life dream fulfillment experience by creating, designing, and building his own waterfront luxury home with his wife, Maureen, on Doctor’s Lake in Fleming Island. This has given him the insight to understand and act on the wants and needs of his clients seeking to fulfill their desires for a waterfront or luxury lifestyle. He works with clients seeking to either purchase existing, or build new, the home of their dreams. Glen is a partner through the entire process of budget, search, design and construction helping his clients create the perfect home for their families. Glen uses his expertise to focus on marketing homes with waterfront and water access along with the luxury golf course communities in the many distinct areas and neighborhoods that define Northeast Florida. From the beaches of St. Augustine to the Intracoastal Waterway and the many tributaries of the St. Johns, his focus on helping buyers continues to enhance his ability to uniquely market these unique properties by telling the story of the lifestyle they enable. Glen is committed as a Realtor to providing an all-encompassing buying or selling experience. With an extensive marketing background from a Fortune 50 company, Glen develops unique marketing plans that make his clients' properties stand out against competitors and reach more potential buyers. Married to his college sweetheart, Maureen of 27 years, they have raised two children who now attend UCF and UM. Glen is also the Vice-President USNA Alumni Association of Jacksonville and focuses his efforts on helping our Veterans transition into civilian careers. He also supports locally based Veterans groups including K9's for Vets, One New Uniform and The Wounded Warrior Project through CBV Cares.
