About Glen Hatch

Glen has worked in the financial services industry since 1998, after spending 22 years with the U.S. Navy. During his time in the Navy Glen flew in over 42 combat missions, earning the Distinguished Flying Cross, Air Medal and Navy Commendation Medal for individual valor in combat. Once Glen retired from the Navy, he joined Robinson-Humphrey in Atlanta, a wholly owned subsidiary of Smith Barney. During 16 years at Smith Barney, he held various branch management positions. He started his management carrer as the Sales and Assistant Manager at the Chicago Merc branch, which consisted of over 90 Financial Advisors. He was selected to lead the Austin, Texas Smith Barney branchin 2005. In 2009 he was asked to lead the combined Morgan Stanley and Smith Barney retail branches in Austin following the MSSB merger. In 2013, Glen decided to make the move to RBC Wealth Management, working as the Branch Director of the Austin, Texas branch. Glen and his wife, Virginia, have a daughter and two sons. When he's not working he can be found playing golf, watching high school football, reading and relaxing with his family.
