About Glen Jones

A varied background in education, IT, Web and Digital Marketing. After graduating in Computer Science my early career was based at a college, and naturally led into lecturing in Computing, Maths, and Systems Analysis. Pursued a more regular IT career with a move to London, progressing to become IT Director for a London media business. That role led to a growing desire to work with all things online, and eventually join a web agency to help oversee the technical side of the business. Took the plunge in 2001 to go out on my own, and that was the start of Matrix Create, a web agency based on the Isle of Wight. Left the business 16 years later and worked independently on various projects in the fields in Technology and Marketing. When Covid arrived in 2020, I joined the local NHS Trust to help out on the IT side. That led to spells in Project Management and now am running the Architecture team within Digital Operations.
