About Glen Junor

As Program Manager, Public Sector at Sublime Systems I use my technical expertise to bridge between the public sector and Sublime's R&D and Engineering teams. I provide a technical backbone to community engagement, head Sublime's grant-writing, and coordinate public-sector deployment of Sublime's products.With my leadership, we have been awarded over $140M in federal cooperative agreements, grants, and tax credits.I have extensive experience in grant writing, grant project management, and grant administration with federal entities like DOE and NSF across both basic science and commercialization programs including: DOE Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED), Industrial Efficiency and Decarbonization Office (IEDO), ARPA-E, NSF SBIR, and others. I also have some experience with programs run by the EPA, General Service Administration (GSA), DoD, IRS, and others as they relate to technology deployment initiatives, prototype project developments, and novel technology procurement pipelines.My general approach is to integrate the diverse views held amongst the company's R&D, Engineering, Project Development, and Business teams, ensuring each department’s native language shines through to reviewers and grant program managers with long careers in those critical technology commercialization functions.
