I’m a marketing aficionado with 5+ years of experience in promotions, events, and campaigns. I have worked on campaigns for provincial, national, and international companies. I am currently employed as a Media Sale Consultant for the PostMedia Network, which provides holistic marketing and advertising solutions for businesses by providing them a way to get their message out across both print and digital media. Prior to that I was an account manager for GB Internet Solutions, an online platform solution company focused on templated marketing solutions for the convenience store industry. In this role I was focused on B2C marketing as I helped my clients bring in new business as well as strengthen their current relationships. I also have done B2B marketing in the past. Successes included creating a social media advertising campaign that helped grow the YMCA of Regina's social media presence substantially. Previous experience includes work with advertising companies such as Bravo Tango. I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other marketers. While I enjoy all aspects of the trade, I think my favorite stage of a project is working with the client or business unit leader to understand his or her business objectives. As we go through that collaborative process, the ideas start to flow and that’s always the fun part Colleagues know me as a highly creative marketer who can always be trusted to come up with a new approach. But I know that the client’s business comes first, and I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the audience before suggesting ideas.
