About Glen Ng

More than 2 decade of financial accounting experience, with core competency in P/L management, with a controllership focus. I had managed teams that numbered between 10 to 20 and found great joy in liberating member to their fullest potential. 2 years experience in China during late 90s allows me to appreciate cultural, local statutory requirement differences, etc across geographical areas. I have adapted well to working in both unstructured / structured MNC environment over the various stages of my career. A good track record in project management, I had successfully led the completion of OF 11i implementation for GE Plastics SEA entities in 2004, during which I facilitated and harmonized discussions across various stakeholders, consultants. Within a "dotted" structure, I engaged the business leaders and solicited their support to amass valuable resources to the projects. In my role as a SEA lead for Finance Services function, in early 2009, I executed the transformation initiatives set by HQ to set up the Singapore Shared Financial Services “SFS” team. I built core competencies among the team member with a controllership focus, accounting operations’ SOP, and key measurement metrics. I was also part of the Organization Change Management team for APAC in the SAP transformation project. Led the FICO APAC team in the Business Continuity Plan & Cutover milestone.
