My career is based mostly around manufacturing. Starting off in hub bearing manufacturing. After working my way up from team member to TMA. After learning about how manufacturing runs, I moved into the pharmaceutical sector of manufacturing and maintenance of high speed manufacturing lines. After spending most of my career for the company, I moved to another, smaller, pharmaceutical company performing the same skills. After a stay with that company, I found myself back in the automotive manufacturing industry. From there, I landed a job in a dairy, manufacturing ice cream and milk. I was no longer doing the technician role, I moved up to maintenance planner role, using CMMS. I really began to enjoy what I was doing. Not only in planning but also parts inventory. Over the years, I’ve used several forms of CMMS.(Maximo, Empac and SAP)
