WHAT I DO: Marketing, Brand & Consulting, Product Development, Design and Animation (2d/3d), Loyalty Systems and Engagement systems, new technology applications in Crypto, NFTs, Apps and e-Wallets. I also have large customer engagements with Outdoor, LED and LCD, APPs and micro comms platforms delivering key promotions via apps/push/sms etc, growing customer value via cross-sell, up-sell and proactive ATL and BTL marketing activity. Focusing on how people, customers, staff and technology interact work across the business across touch points and Brand. I have worked in Senior roles in Commercial life for over 30 years and have managed teams as small as 3 all the way to over 40 people in centralised and decentralised structures, green-fields, start-ups and established businesses (Australia and Overseas). I bring process, people and technology together through the use of Ideas, Teamwork and Technology. I prefer to be more than a manager or Exec. I strive to be in partnership with people and innovation. Whether it is AI, Product Development, Marketing, VR/AR, 3d Animations, Branding, Gaming, Visual Concepts, Hardware, Engagement strategies - I have worked in highly innovative areas in both growing and declining industries. MY PRODUCT AREAS: AI, Crypto, Startups, Software development, machine hardware, 3d animations, VR and AR applications as well as Game and App developments, low code/no code and e-wallet technologies. MY INDUSTRIES: Banking, Gaming, Manufacturing, Hospitality/Entertainment, Retail, Professional Services, Telecommunications, Education/Training, Automotive and Consulting. MY MANTRA:"No" is just another great opportunity to do "Different" better. Currently moving the business model through a change in focus towards low code/ no code in our key loyalty development space, and looking into crypto currencies for e-wallets and engagement solutions. I am also working through some very innovative AR/VR/VX applications in Hospitality/Gaming and POS sectors, and currently engaged in some exciting AI and Data visualisations for back office reporting systems, total customer value, research and MVP processes. Utilising my skills and background knowledge in Hospitality, Education, Telcos, Finance, Manufacturing, Gaming, Mining and Service industries - for Brand, Marketing Communications, Product Development, Design, Customer Service with full P&L and strategic implementations at a Board level.
